This site is Felis La Fleur's record vending machine. By using it, you agree to these terms.
Nothing is for sale yet
You can key codes and fill the bin, but the store is not open. Nothing is sold or charged, and the site collects no payment details. Prices shown are what things are planned to cost when the store opens; they are not offers. Stickers and the Paint Marker are free.
Your marks on the machine
Stickers and drawings you put on the machine are shown to everyone who visits. You keep any rights you have in your drawings. You let Felis La Fleur show, store, copy and resize them on this site, and in pictures of this site, for as long as they are up. You can take back your own mark within 10 minutes of putting it up.
Don't put up:
- anything hateful or harassing;
- anything sexual;
- anyone's personal information (names with addresses, phone numbers and the like);
- anything that copies someone else's work without permission;
- ads or spam.
Reports and removal
Anyone can report a mark. When three different visitors report one, it is hidden until Felis La Fleur looks at it. Felis La Fleur can hide or remove any mark at any time, for any reason, and can pause the wall. Nothing on the wall is guaranteed to stay up.
Fair use of the machine
Daily limits apply, and a quick automated check (Cloudflare Turnstile) runs before you add a mark. Do not try to get around the limits, the check or the reports.
Copyright and takedowns
If a mark copies your work, or you want a mark of yours or about you taken down, write to look@felislafleur.art and say which mark: where it is on the machine and roughly when it went up.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 13, please don't put marks up.
No warranty
The site is offered as is. Felis La Fleur is not responsible for what visitors put on the wall, but will remove marks that break these terms.
Changes
These terms may change; the date at the top shows the latest version. California law governs these terms. See also the privacy page.
